Dalys Pharmacy Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Dalys Pharmacy and you wish to return an item, please let us know within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order either by emailing us at info@dalyspharmacy.ie or by telephone on 091 630 330.

Any returned goods must be in its original packaging and have original tags, etc. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on certain medical or personal care items that have been opened, or any product with a hygiene seal that has been broken (unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty).

Items purchased more than 30 days on receipt cannot be returned.

Shipping returns

Please return any items to: Dalys Pharmacy, Market Hall, Church St, Gort, Co. Galway, H91 N2HH.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a shipping service that offer tracking. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Can I return an item to the pharmacy in Gort?

Yes. If you wish, you can return an item in-store at our pharmacy in Gort for an exchange or refund. Please ensure to firstly either email or telephone to inform us of your intent to return an item, and make sure to quote your contact details and item purchase details.

As outlined above, any returned items must be in its original packaging and have original tags, etc.

It is standard policy for us to refund the amount to the original form of payment, so the store will not refund you. We will refund to the credit/debit card which was used as payment through our website using the secure online payment system – please allow a few working days for this to be processed.

Can I return a gift?

If you wish to return a gift from our online store, and you don’t have the receipt or order number, please contact us by email or telephone, and we will endeavor to assist you.

How long does it take before I receive a refund?

Once a returned item has been inspected and we issue a refund, you can normally expect it to show in your account within 5 working days. However, depending on your bank and/or credit card provider, this may sometimes vary slightly.

What about sale items?

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
